1. What forms of identification are accepted for notarization?
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required. This includes a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The ID must be current and unexpired.
Can you notarize documents that are already signed?
No. Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. If a document is already signed, the signer may need to re-sign during the appointment.
Do you charge a deposit for mOBILE Notary Services
Yes, mobile services have a non-refundable travel fees.
Do all signers need to be present at the appointment
Yes. All individuals whose signatures need to be notarized must be physically present and provide valid identification at the time of notarization.
How much do notary services cost?
Notary fees are set by state law, with additional fees for travel or special services. Loan Signing and Apostille services varies vastly. A clear quote will be provided before the appointment.
